PRODUCT

Design packaging boxes with reasonable structures and beautiful shapes for customers; To meet the various needs of customers, we can also provide reasonable matching of different pit types for their corrugated cardboard boxes. Our company implements the mission of delivering the goods requested by customers on time and implements 24-hour delivery.

Carton production process

Step 1: Raw materials: Major material suppliers:Lee&Man,Nine Dragons,Jinzhou.; We use premium wood pulp with good quality to ensure the; uality of final products.

Step 2: Corrugated cardboard production line: Origin:Taiwan; Type:CNC-monitored 7-layer hight-speed corrugated paper board production line.; Capacity:2.2-meter-wide paper board,with the speed up to 200 meters per minute.The production of paper board is controlled and monitored by an integraged highly-intelligent digital&co-mputerized system.

Step 3: Printing Machine: We boast four sets of Taiwan-made TCY machines and one Dong; fang high-speed and automatic-slotting die-cutting ink printing; machine,which is capable of four-color printing with high definition; (the screen has a maximum of 350 meshes,the scraper and plastic roller mixing system).

Step 4: Finished product production: Production capacity: A.Carton box 250.000 pcs per day; B.Gift box 50,000 pcs per day; C.Insert card, slip sheet and others 250,000 pcs per day
